Ingredients
- Fresh Green Beans (Trimmed): 2 Lbs.
- Slices Bacon (Chopped): 5
- Onion (Chopped, Small): 1
- Chicken Broth: 2 Cup

Instructions
- Cook bacon in a large pot or Dutch oven until crisp.
- Remove and set aside, leaving drippings in the pot.
- Add chopped onion to the drippings and cook until soft and lightly golden.
- Add green beans and chicken broth.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 1½ to 2 hours, stirring occasionally, until beans are tender and flavorful.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Crumble bacon over the top and serve.
