Neutral Oil (Divided): 6 TBSP
American Cheese (Divided, slices): 6
Bread-And-Butter Pickle Slices (thin): 18
Iceberg Lettuce (Shredded): 1 Cup
Yellow Onion (Chopped): 3 TBSP

Instructions
For the burger sauce:
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, yellow mustard, and hot sauce.
For the beef patties:
Divide the ground beef into 6 equal portions and shape into thin patties.
Season each patty with burger seasoning and kosher salt.
Heat neutral oil in a skillet over high heat.
Add the beef patties and smash with a spatula to create a crispy crust, cooking for 2-3 minutes per side.
