Ingredients
Garlic (Minced): 4 Clove
Yellow Onion (Diced): 1
Fresh Parsley ) (Chopped, 120 ml): 1/2 Cup
Tomatoes: 6
Ground Beef: 1 Lbs.
Shredded Cheddar ) (Shredded, 180 ml): 3/4 Cup
Shredded Mozzarella ) (Shredded, 180 ml): 3/4 Cup
Olive Oil: 2 TBSP
Pasta ) (227 g): 8 Oz.
Tomato Paste ) (30 ml): 2 TBSP
Black Pepper ) (5 ml): 1 TSP
Oregano ) (5 ml): 1 TSP
Paprika ) (5 ml): 1 TSP
Salt ) (5 ml): 1 TSP
Thyme ) (5 ml): 1 TSP
Instructions
Cook pasta in salted water until al dente.
Drain and set aside.
Add olive oil to a large pan over medium heat.
Cut the bottoms off the tomatoes and place them around the edges of the pan.
Add the diced onion in the center.
Cover and cook for 8 minutes until softened.
Move the onions aside and add the ground beef to the center.
Cook, breaking it apart, until browned.
Peel off the tomato skins, then crush the tomatoes into the pan.
