Ingredients
- Cream Cheese (Softened): 1 Pkg.
- Eggs (Beaten): 2
- Sugar: 1/3 Cup
- Corn Bread/Muffin Mix: 1 Pkg.
- Cream-Style Corn (1 3 4 cups): 1 Can
- Fresh (Canned, Frozen, Whole, or kernel corn): 2 1/3 Cup
- Milk: 1 Cup
- Butter Or Margarine (Melted): 2 TBSP
- Salt: 1 TSP
- Ground Nutmeg (Ground): 1/2 TSP
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, eggs and sugar.
- Add all of the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Transfer to a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking pan.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45-50 minutes or until set.
