On the northeast side of Topeka, Kansas was an orchard called Reese's Fruit Farm. They had great apples and made a slush out of the cider. Best cold headache you'll ever have!
Ingredients
Fresh (Divided, local apple cider into two portions into two portions)
Ground Cinnamon (Ground): 1/2 TSP
Brown Sugar (Optional (Optional, for that signature sweet orchard taste for that signature sweet orchard taste): 1 TBSP
Caramel Syrup And Whipped Cream (for rimming topping)
Instructions
Freeze the Cider: Pour 1 ½ cups of your apple cider into an ice cube tray and freeze for 4–6 hours (or overnight) until solid.
Prep Your Glass: Drizzle caramel sauce along the inside walls of your serving glasses.
Blend: Add the frozen cider cubes, remaining ½ cup of liquid cider, cinnamon, and brown sugar into a high-powered blender.
Mix: Blend on medium-high until the mixture is completely smooth and reaches a frosty, thick slush.
Serve: Pour into your prepared glasses, top with whipped cream, and serve immediately!
