Ingredients
- Cucumbers
- Cucumbers: 3
- Seasoning Mix
- Gochujang: 2 TBSP
- Soy Sauce: 2 TBSP
- Sesame Oil: 1 TBSP
- Chicken Stock Powder: 2 TSP
- Garlic (Grated): 1 TSP
- Red Chili Pepper (Sliced): 1 TSP
- Toasted White Sesame Seeds: 1 TBSP
Instructions
- Prepare the cucumbers
- Trim off the ends of the cucumbers and use a vegetable peeler to slice them lengthwise into thin strips.
- Stack 3 slices together, roll them up, and arrange them in a container.
- Make the seasoning mix
- In a bowl, combine the gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, chicken stock powder, grated garlic, sliced red chili pepper, and toasted white sesame seeds.
- Mix well.
- Marinate
- Pour the seasoning mix over the cucumber rolls and coat evenly.
- Refrigerate for 10 minutes before serving.
