Beef Mince: 1 kg
Smoked Bacon: 50 g
Carrots (Grated)
Chillis (Optional)
Celery
Onions
Garlic
Tomato Paste
Diced Tomato
Beef/Chicken/Veg Stock (As Needed): 3 Cup
Peas
Worcestershire: 3 TBSP
Plain Flour: 1 TBSP
Red Wine (can swap out with stock)
Fresh Sage (thyme oregano whatevs)

Sweet Potato (Roasted): 1 Med
Garlic (Roasted): 1 Whole
Potatoes
Butter: 1 TBSP
Cream Or Milk
Olive Oil
Egg Yolk: 1
Salt And Pepper
Cheddar Cheese (Grated)
Parmesan
Instructions
For the beef mince filling:
Cook the smoked bacon in a pan until crispy.
Add chopped carrots, celery, onions, and garlic to the pan and cook until softened.
Stir in tomato paste, diced tomatoes, and Worcestershire sauce.
Add beef mince and cook until browned. Add flour, stir til cooked and combined.
Pour in beef/chicken/vegetable stock as needed and simmer for flavors to meld.
Stir in peas and season with salt and pepper.
For the potato topping:
Boil potatoes until tender, then mash with butter, cream or milk, and egg yolk.
Roast sweet potato until soft, then mash and mix with the potato mixture.
Spread the potato mixture over the beef mince filling in a baking dish.
Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese and Parmesan on top.
Bake in the oven until the topping is golden and bubbly.
