- Plain Flour: 1 Cup
- Milk: 1 1/3 Cup
- Eggs: 4
- Salt
- Butter (Melted): 2 1/2 TBSP
- Sugar & Vanilla Essence (Optional (Optional, to taste)
- Thickened Cream: 300 Ml
- Dark Chocolate: 70 G
- Brown Sugar: 1 TBSP
- Bananas (extra sprinkle of brown sugar)
- Lemon (ooh)
- Sugar (wow)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the plain flour, milk, eggs, salt, and melted butter.
- Whisk until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.
- Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
- Cook the crepes in a buttered crepe pan.
- Peel and slice the bananas.
- Sprinkle brown sugar over the bananas and caramelize in a hot pan.
- In a saucepan, heat the thickened cream until simmering.
- Add dark chocolate and stir until melted and smooth.
- Cut the lemon into wedges.
- Sprinkle sugar over the crepes and squeeze lemon juice on top.
