Ingredients
- Rice (Cooked): 2 Cup
- Onions (Chopped): 1/2 Cup
- Celery (Chopped): 1/2 Cup
- Oleo: 1 Stick
- Frozen Broccoli: 2 Pkg.
- Cream Of Mushroom Soup: 2 Can
- Cheez Whiz: 8 Oz.
Instructions
- Saute onions and celery.
- Place in casserole dish in layers: rice, sauteed vegetables, broccoli, and pour soup on top.
- When partly done, top with Cheez Whiz.
- Cook at 350 °F for about 45 minutes.
