Ingredients
- Lard: 1 Cup
- Flour (Divided): 1 Cup, 2 TSP
- Brown Sugar (Divided): 1 1/2 Cup
- Baking Powder: 1/4 TSP
- Eggs: 1 2
- Coconut: 1 1/2 Cup
- Vanilla
- Chopped Nuts: 1 Cup
Instructions
- Mix lard, 1 C flour, 1/2 C brown sugar, and baking powder. Spread in baking dish and bake 15 minutes.
- Mix remaining brown sugar, flour, eggs, coconut, nuts, and vanilla. Spread over crust mixture. Bake 30 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.
