Ingredients
- Butter Or Margarine: 1/2 Cup
- Granulated Sugar: 3 Cup
- Large Can Evaporated Milk
- Unsweetened Baking Chocolate: 2 Squares
- Salt: 1/2 TSP
- Vanilla: 1 TSP
Instructions
- Melt butter in double boiler.
- Add chocolate and melt.
- Slowly add sugar and salt.
- Slowly add evaporated milk.
- Cook until sugar is dissolved.
- Add vanilla.
- Put in containers and refrigerate.
- Once cold, cover tightly.
- Reheat over water before serving, if desired.
