I used to turn my nose up at this as a kid. Now I wish I hadn't. Mom's old recipe is awesome! Especially with fresh vine-ripe tomatoes.

Ingredients

Large Ripe Tomatoes: 12
Red Peppers: 6
Vinegar (more if desired): 2 Cup
Cloves: 1 TSP
Allspice (less if desired): 1 TSP
Onions: 6
Granulated Sugar: 2 Cup
Salt: 1/2 TSP
Cinnamon: 1 TSP

Instructions

Chop vegetables and combine with all other ingredients.
Do not cook.
Refrigerate.
