Ingredients
- Ground Beef: 1 Lbs.
- Tomato Sauce: 16 Oz.
- Salt: 3/4 TSP
- Pepper: 1/4 TSP
- Sour Cream: 1/4 Cup
- Shredded Parmesan Cheese: 1/4 G
- Chopped Onion: 1/2 Cup
- Granulated Sugar
- Garlic Salt: 1/4 TSP
- Uncooked Noodles: 4 Cup
- Cream Cheese (Softened): 8 Oz.
- Chopped Bell Pepper: 1/4 Cup
- Sliced Green Onions: 1/3 Cup
Instructions
- In large skillet, brown beef and onion until meat is lightly browned and onion is tender. Drain.
- Stir in tomato sauce and seasoning. Remove from heat.
- Meanwhile cook noodles according to package directions and drain.
- Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, bell pepper, and green onion.
- Spread half of the noodles in a 9x13 pan.
- Spread half of the meat sauce on top. Cover with the cheese mixture.
- Add the rest of the noodles and the rest of the sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake covered for 60 minutes at 350 °F.
