Ingredients
- Sweet Potatoes (Large): 4
- Softened Butter (vanilla granulated): 1/2 Cup
- Vanilla: 1 TSP
- Granulated Sugar (eggs and milk cream spoon into greased casserole dish combine brown): 1/2 Cup
- Eggs: 2
- Milk Or Cream: 3/4 Cup
- Brown Sugar (Melted, flour pecans and butter place on top of sweet potato mixture bake): 1 Cup
- Chopped Pecans: 1 Cup
- Flour: 1/2 Cup
- Melted Butter: 1/3 Cup
Instructions
- Cook sweet potatoes until very soft.
- Preheat oven to 350 °F. Grease casserole dish.
- Let cool then scoop flesh from skins. Mix with softened butter, vanilla, granulated sugar, eggs, and milk/cream. Spoon into greased casserole dish.
- Combine brown sugar, flour, pecans, and melted butter. Place on top of sweet potato mixture.
- Bake at 350 °F for 40 minutes or until center is baked through.
