Ingredients
- Boneless Skinless Chicken (Cooked, Diced): 1 1/2 Lbs.
- Dried Parsley: 1/8 TSP
- Ground Sage: 1/8 TSP
- Powdered Rosemary: 1/8 TSP
- Butter (Divided, Melted): 1 TSP, 1/2 Cup
- Cream Cheese (Softened): 16 Oz Pkg
- Chicken Broth (Divided): 1 1/4 Cup
- Crescent Roll Dough: 16 Oz Tubes
- Seasoned Stuffing Mix
- Dried Thyme: 1/8 TSP
- Salt: 1/4 TSP
- Cream Of Chicken Soup (2)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 °F.
- Put chicken in large bowl, stir in / C broth, seasonings, 1 T melted butter, and salt.
- Add cream cheese, mix well.
- Unroll dough, divide into triangles.
- Place a 1-1/2 inch ball of chicken mixture in center of each. Close dough and seal all sides.
- Set remaining chicken mixture aside.
- Dip in remaining melted butter and roll in stuffing mix.
- There will be butter and 1-1/2 C stuffing remaining.
- Bake dough bundles on ungreased cookie sheet for 26 minutes until dough is lightly browned, turning after 13 minutes.
- In large pan, combine condensed soup, remaining butter, stuffing mix, remaining chicken broth, and remaining chicken mixture.
- Cook over medium heat until heated through.
- Serve over bundles.
