Ingredients
- Ground Beef: 2 1/2 Lbs.
- Onion Soup Mix: 1 Envelope
- Soft Bread Crumbs: 2 Cup
- Eggs
- Sliced Bacon (raw)
- Pork Sausage: 1 Lbs.
- Beef Bouillon: 1 TSP
- Catsup: 1/2 Cup
- Hot Water: 1 1/2 Cup
Instructions
- Dissolve bouillon in hot water.
- Pour over bread crumbs.
- Add slightly beaten eggs and catsup.
- Combine with meats and mix well.
- Divide meatloaf into 2 loaf pans.
- Top each meatloaf with slices of bacon.
- Bake at 350 °F for 90 minutes.
