Ingredients
- Strawberry-Banana Gelatin: 2 Pkg.
- Bananas (Mashed)
- Sour Cream: 8 Oz.
- Cold Water (strawberries): 1 Cup
- Crushed Pineapple (Drained): 1 Can
- Frozen Sliced Strawberries: 20 Oz Pkgs
- Boiling Water: 1 Cup
Instructions
- Drain pineapple and add water to make 1 C and use for cold water in recipe.
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and add cold water.
- Stir in bananas, strawberries, and pineapple.
- Pour half of mixture in bottom of pan. Let set.
- Spread sour cream on top of chilled gelatin.
- Pour remaining gelatin mixture on top of sour cream. Chill.
