Ingredients
- Large White Beans: 1 3/4 Cup
- Ham Hock
- Chopped Celery: 2 Cup
- Tabasco Sauce: 1 Dash
- Pepper: 1/4 TSP
- Water: 6 Cup
- Chopped Onion: 2 Cup
- Catsup: 1 Cup
- Salt: 1/2 TSP
Instructions
- Cook beans in water for 30 minutes.
- Add ham hock, onion, and celery, and cook for 90 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients and cook for 15 minutes to blend in and flavor.
