Ingredients
Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate (1 can, Thawed): 355 Ml
Whole Milk: 480 Ml
Cold Water: 240 Ml
Granulated Sugar: 100 G
Vanilla Extract: 1 TSP
Ice Cubes: 1 8–10
Powdered Egg Whites (Optional (Optional, for extra froth for extra froth): 1 TSP
Pasteurized Liquid Egg Whites: 2 TBSP
Instructions
Add the orange juice concentrate, milk, water, sugar, vanilla, and optional egg whites to a blender.
Blend for about 20 seconds until the sugar dissolves.
Add the ice cubes and blend on high for 45–60 seconds until thick, frothy, and smooth.
Taste and adjust with a little more sugar if desired.
Pour immediately into chilled glasses and serve while the froth is at its peak.
