Ingredients
- Banana: 1 1
- Mixed Berries: 100 G
- Porridge Oats: 2 TBSP
- Soya Milk: 350 Ml
- Pea Protein Powder (Optional): 1 TBSP
- Honey (Optional): 1 TSP
- Ice Cubes
Instructions
- Peel the banana and put it in a blender.
- Add the other ingredients, along with a couple of ice cubes.
- Put the lid on and blend until smooth, then pour into two glasses and enjoy.
- Will keep chilled for up to a day.
