Ingredients
- Bell Peppers (Seeded, halved and)
- Cooked Rice: 2 Cup
- Cooked Shredded Or Cubed Chicken: 1 1/2 Cup
- Pineapple Tidbits: 1/2 Cup
- Teriyaki Sauce: 1/2 Cup
- Shredded Mozzarella Or Provolone: 1 Cup
- Green Onions (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix chicken, rice, pineapple, teriyaki sauce, and half the cheese.
- Stuff into bell pepper halves, place in a baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheese. Cover with foil and bake 30 min.
- Remove foil, broil 2–3 min until golden. Garnish with green onions.
