Preheat & Prep
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease 1–2 small ramekins with butter or nonstick spray and place them on a baking sheet for easier handling.
Mix It Up
In a medium bowl, whisk together the cottage cheese, egg, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until fairly smooth. Stir in the rolled oats and a pinch of cinnamon if using.
Add Berries
Gently fold the blueberries into the mixture, then divide the batter evenly between the prepared ramekins, smoothing the tops.
Bake & Serve
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the centers are set and the tops are lightly golden. Allow to cool for 5–10 minutes before serving. Serve warm straight from the oven or chill for a cheesecake-like texture; optionally top with extra berries, a drizzle of honey, or toasted nuts.
