Ingredients
- Butter (Melted): 1/2 Cup
- Eggs (Beaten): 2 Each
- Salted Butter: 1/2 Cup
- Salt: 1/2 TSP
- Baking powder: 1 1/2 TSP
- Flour: 2 Cup
- Vanilla extract: 1 TSP
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the melted butter and beaten eggs.
- Add the salted butter and mix well.
- Stir in the salt, baking powder, and flour until just combined.
- Add the vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another minute.
- Repeat with remaining batter, adding more butter to the skillet as needed.
