Ingredients
- Butter (Softened): 1 Cup
- Canola Oil: 2 TBSP
- Brown Sugar: 3/4 Cup
- Sugar: 1/4 Cup
- Eggs: 2 Each

- Vanilla Extract: 1 TSP
- Baking Soda (corn starch flour): 1 TSP
- Corn Starch: 2 TSP
- Flour: 2 1/2 Cup
- Milk Choc. Chips: 1 Cup
- Semi Sweet Choc. Chunks: 1 Cup
Instructions
- Cream butter, oil, and sugars
- Add eggs, vanilla, salt
- Mix dry ingredients (baking soda, corn starch, flour)
- Fold in chocolate chips
- Chill dough (if you have time)
- Bake at 350°F
- 7-8 minutes (medium cookies)
- 10 minutes (large cookies)
