Ingredients

Ground Beef: 1 Lbs.
Onion (Chopped)
Diced Tomatoes: 1 Can
Corn (Drained): 1 Can
Milk: 1 Cup
Cornmeal: 1 Cup
Salt: 1 1/2 TSP
Chili Powder: 2 TBSP
Monterey Jack Cheese (Diced): 1/2 Lbs.
Black Olives (Optional): 1 Pkg.
Golden Raisins (Optional): 1/2 Cup
Jalepenos (Sliced): 3 Count

Instructions

Brown beef and onion.
Add other ingredients.
Pour into a deep casserole dish.
