Ingredients
- Ground Beef: 1 Lbs.
- Onion (Chopped)
- Diced Tomatoes: 1 Can
- Corn (Drained): 1 Can
- Milk: 1 Cup
- Cornmeal: 1 Cup
- Salt: 1 1/2 TSP
- Chili Powder: 2 TBSP
- Monterey Jack Cheese (Diced): 1/2 Lbs.
- Black Olives (Optional): 1 Pkg.
- Golden Raisins (Optional): 1/2 Cup
Instructions
- Brown beef and onion.
- Add other ingredients.
- Pour into a deep casserole dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 mins or more until cheese is soft and somewhat melted.
