Grandma's old fashioned fudge from the holidays.
Ingredients
- Butter: 3/4 Cup
- Sugar: 3 Cup
- Evaporated milk: 2/3 Cup
- Semi-Sweet Chocolate chips: 12 Oz.
- Marshmallow Cream: 8 Oz.
- Vanilla extract: 1 TSP
- Pecans Chopped (Optional): 1/2 Cup
Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Stir in the sugar and evaporated milk until well combined.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir in the chocolate chips until melted.
- Add the marshmallow cream and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth.
- Fold in the chopped pecans, if using.
- Pour the mixture into a lined baking dish and refrigerate until set.
