Best book choy with beef recipe I've found!
Ingredients
- Beef Steaks, Flank (Sliced, Finely): 200 g
- Bok Choy (Separated, Chopped): 250 g
- Light Soy Sauce: 3 TSP
- Oyster Sauce: 1 TSP
- Black Pepper (Ground): 1 1/3Tsp
- Cornstarch: 1 TSP
- Oil: 30 g
- Chili Red Pepper (Chopped): 3 TSP
- Garlic (Chopped): 2 TSP
- Ginger (Minced): 1 TSP
- Salt: 1 1/3Tsp
- Light Soy Sauce: 2 TSP
- Dark Soy Sauce: 1 TSP
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with light soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, and cornstarch. Mix well and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until cooked through. Remove from pan.
- Add chopped chili red pepper, garlic, and minced ginger. Stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add chopped bok choy, reserving leaves, and continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
- Season with salt, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce. Stir well to combine.
- Return beef to pan with the bok choy leaves. Stir fry all for 2 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
