Very spicy but popular Asian Chicken Salad. Lots of flavor and a wonderful.
Ingredients
- Chicken Drumstick: 6 Each
- Shallot (Sliced): 30 g
- Ginger (Sliced): 30 g
- Cooking Wine: 30 ml
- Onion (Shredded): 80 g
- Shrimp (Cooked, Shelled): 150 g
- Peanuts: 80 g
- Cilantro: 30 g
- Garlic (Chopped): 3 TSP
- Chili Red Pepper (Chopped): 3 TSP
- Green Onion (Chopped): 2 TSP
- Red Pepper Flakes: 3 TSP
- Oil (Boiling): 3 TSP
- Sugar: 1/3 Tsp
- Balsamic Vinegar: 1 TSP
- Oyster Sauce: 1 TSP
- Salt: 1/3 Tsp
- Chicken Bouillon: 1/3 Tsp
- Black Vinegar: 1 TSP
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken drumsticks with cooking wine, salt, and chicken bouillon.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken drumsticks until cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the pan and shred the meat.
- In the same pan, sauté the shallots, ginger, garlic, red chili pepper, and onion until fragrant.
- Add in the shrimp, peanuts, cilantro, green onion, red pepper flakes, sugar, balsamic vinegar, oyster sauce, and black vinegar. Stir well.
- Mix in the shredded chicken and cook for another few minutes.
- Adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper if needed.
- Serve the spicy chicken salad hot or cold.
