Chicken, beef and of course bok choy in a saucy, spicy Chinese dish!
Ingredients
- Chicken (Chopped): 50 g
- Beef (Sliced, Finely): 100 g
- Red chili pepper (Chopped): 3 TSP
- Garlic (Minced): 2 TSP
- Ginger (Minced): 1 TSP
- Cooking Wine: 1 TSP
- Dark Soy Sauce: 1 TSP
- Bok Choy (Chopped, Stems): 250 g
- Salt: 1/4 TSP
- MSG: 1/2 TSP
- Light Soy Sauce: 3 TSP
- Bok Choy (Chopped, Leaves): 250 g
Instructions
- Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add cooking oil and swirl to coat the pan.
- Add chopped chicken and sliced beef, stir-fry until browned.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- Add chopped red chili pepper, stir-fry for another 30 seconds.
- Add chopped bok choy stems, stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, and MSG, stir well.
- Add chopped bok choy leaves, stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
- Serve with rice on the side.
