Ingredients
- Sirloin Steak (cut into cubes): 2 Ibs
- Low-Sodium Soy Sauce: 1/4 Cup
- Beef Broth: 1/4 Cup
- Worcestershire Sauce: 2 TBSP
- Garlic Cloves (Minced): 3 Each
- Onion Powder: 1 TSP
- Smoked Paprika: 1/2 TSP
- Butter: 2 TBSP
- Fresh Parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Place steak cubes in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, broth, Worcestershire, garlic, onion powder, and paprika.
- Pour over steak.
- Add butter on top.
- Cover and cook on low 4-5 hours or high 2-3 hours until tender.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
