Great copycat of the occasional Taco Bell offering.
Ingredients
- Ground Beef: 1 1/2 Ibs
- Kristy's Homemade Taco Seasoning: 3 TBSP
- Water: 1 1/2 Cup
- Refried Beans: 1/2 Cup
- Tomato Paste: 6 TBSP
- Chili Powder: 2 TBSP
- Cayenne Pepper: 1 TSP
- Salt: 1/2 TSP
- Sharp Cheddar Cheese: 8 Oz.
- Low Carb Tortillas
Instructions
- Scramble the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain.
- Add onions, water, paste, beans and seasonings. Cook about 5 minutes until onions are tender and mixture has thickened.
- Add shredded cheese and stir until melted.
- Place heaping 1/4 cup in warmed tortillas and roll up.
