Excellent spicy chicken skewers.
Ingredients
- Wooden Skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
- Boneless (skinless chicken breasts, skinless chicken breasts cut into 1): 2 Lbs
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil: 1 TBSP
- Paprika: 1 TSP
- Garlic Powder: 1 TSP
- Kosher Salt: 1 TSP
- Black Pepper: 1/2 TSP
- Mayonnaise: 1 1/4 Cup
- Thai Sweet Chili Sauce (290 g): 2/3 Cup
- Sriracha: 2 TSP
- Honey (Optional, or more): 2 TBSP
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chicken cubes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Thread 4-5 chicken cubes onto each skewer.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey to make the bang bang sauce.
- Brush half of the sauce over the chicken skewers.
- Air fry at 400°F for 11-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F.
- Serve the skewers with the reserved bang bang sauce for dipping.
