Crispy Baked Wings

Nicely crisp but not fried buffalo chicken wings.
Ingredients
Wings:
Chicken Wing: 4 Lbs.
Baking Powder: 2 TBSP
Salt: 3/4 TSP
Black pepper: 1/2 TSP
Paprika: 1 TSP
Garlic Powder: 1 TSP
Wing sauce:
Sugar: 1 Cup
Brown Sugar: 1 Cup
Water: 1 TBSP
Instructions
For the wings:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Line baking sheet with foil, put rack on top, spray rack with Pam.
Pat wings dry (very important!) and place in a big bowl. Combine dry ingredients and coat wings thoroughly. Shake off excess.
Arrange on rack and bake, turning every 20 minutes until internal temp is 165 degrees.
Remove from oven and let stand 5 mins. Coat with sauce.
For the sauce:
Stir all ingredients in a pan over medium heat until sugar melts. Set aside to cool while wings bake.
