Best (and low carb!) wings ever made. Parmesan cheese, lots of butter and spices make these the perfect Game Day App.
Ingredients
- Chicken Wing: 4 Lbs
- Parmesan Cheese: 1 Cup
- Parsley (Dried): 2 TBSP
- Oregano (Dried): 1 TBSP
- Paprika: 2 TSP
- Salt: 1 TSP
- Pepper (Ground): 1/2 TSP
- Butter (Melted): 1/2 Cup
Instructions
- Line cookie sheet with foil. If you don't you'll be sad. Spray with Pam.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cut wings into drummers and flats. Discard tips. Pat wings dry. Let sit until room temp.
- Combine cheese and spices in big bowl.
- Put large pot of water on stove simmering. Place metal bowl on top like double boiler.
- Melt butter in bowl.
- Roll wings in butter then coat with cheese mixture. Place on prepared cookie sheet. Do not crowd.
- Bake about an hour or internal temp on big pieces is 165 degrees.
