Grandpa's Wine Biscuits

Ingredients
- All-Purpose Flour: 4 Cup
- Granulated Sugar: 3/4 Cup
- Baking Powder (Heaping): 3 TSP
- Vegetable Oil ((plus?)): 3/4 Cup
- Red Wine (Burgundy): 1 Cup
Instructions
- Mix Ingredients dry thoroughly.
- Add wine and oil.
- Mix Well.
- Make into biscuits, make true size. They should look like donuts.
- Glaze with water.
- Bake at 400 degrees on greased cookie sheet.
- Check every 10-15 minutes.
