Cream filled yummy oatmeal pies just like Little Debbie!
Ingredients
- Brown Sugar: 2 Cup
- Unsalted Butter: 3/4 Cup
- Large Eggs: 2 Each
- Table Salt: 1/2 TSP
- Ground Cinnamon: 1 TSP
- Baking Powder: 1 TSP
- Hot Water (Boiling): 3 TBSP
- Baking Soda: 1 TSP
- All-Purpose Flour: 2 Cup
- Oatmeal: 2 Cup
Instructions
- For the oatmeal cookies:
- Cream together brown sugar and unsalted butter.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Mix in table salt, ground cinnamon, and baking powder.
- Dissolve baking soda in hot water and add to the mixture.
- Stir in all-purpose flour and oatmeal until well combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes.
