Pampered Chef: Cool and creamy, and good any time!
Ingredients
- Graham Crackers (Chopped, Finely): 1 1/2 Cup
- Brown Sugar (Packed): 1/4 Cup
- Unsalted Butter (Melted): 6 TBSP
- Canned Pumpkin: 15 oz
- Pampered Chef Cinnamon Plus Spice Blend: 2 TSP
- Marshmallow Creme: 8 Oz
- Brown Sugar (Packed): 1/4 Cup
- Cool Whip: 8 Oz
Instructions
- Crush graham crackers until fine crumbs.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with brown sugar.
- Melt unsalted butter and mix into the graham cracker mixture.
- Press the mixture into a pie dish to form the crust.
- Bake in a 350 oven for 12 minutes.
- Cool the crust on the counter then chill the crust in the refrigerator.
- In a mixing bowl, combine canned pumpkin and Pampered Chef Cinnamon Plus Spice Blend.
- Gently fold in marshmallow creme and brown sugar.
- Fold in Cool Whip until well combined.
- Pour the filling into the chilled crust.
- Smooth the top of the pie with a spatula.
- Garnish with piped whipped cream and chocolate leaves.
- Chill the pie in the freezer until set, at least 4 hours.
