Ingredients
- All-Purpose Flour: 4 Cup
- Large Eggs: 4 Each
- Granulated Sugar: 1 1/4 Cup
- Vegetable Shortening: 2 Cup

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the vegetable shortening and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually add in the flour, mixing until a dough forms.
- Shape the dough into an 'S' shape on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
