Nanny's classic spinach balls. Nicely seasoned and cheesy!
Ingredients
Frozen Spinach (Drained, 10 oz Thawed): 2 Pkg
Herb Boxed Stuffing: 2 Cup
Yellow Onion (Chopped): 1/2 Cup
Large Eggs (Beaten): 6 Each
Unsalted Butter (Melted): 1/4 Cup
Parmesan Cheese (Grated): 1/2 Cup
Granulated Garlic Powder: 1 TBSP
Instructions
For the spinach balls:
Thaw the frozen spinach and squeeze out excess water.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking sheet.
In a large bowl, combine the thawed spinach, herb boxed stuffing, finely chopped yellow onion, beaten eggs, melted unsalted butter, grated Parmesan cheese, and granulated garlic powder.
Mix everything together until well combined.
Form the mixture into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
