Nanny's classic spinach balls. Nicely seasoned and cheesy!
Ingredients
- Frozen Spinach (Drained, 10 oz Thawed): 2 Pkg
- Herb Boxed Stuffing: 2 Cup
- Yellow Onion (Chopped): 1/2 Cup
- Large Eggs (Beaten): 6 Each
- Unsalted Butter (Melted): 1/4 Cup
- Parmesan Cheese (Grated): 1/2 Cup
- Granulated Garlic Powder: 1 TBSP
Instructions
- For the spinach balls:
- Thaw the frozen spinach and squeeze out excess water.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, combine the thawed spinach, herb boxed stuffing, finely chopped yellow onion, beaten eggs, melted unsalted butter, grated Parmesan cheese, and granulated garlic powder.
- Mix everything together until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
