No bake chocolate and peanut butter cookies
Ingredients
- Granulated Sugar: 2 Cup
- Salted Butter: 8 TBSP
- Whole Milk: 1/2 Cup
- Unsweetened Cocoa Powder: 3 TBSP
- Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats: 2 Cup
- Smooth Peanut Butter: 1/2 Cup
- Vanilla Extract: 1 TSP
Instructions
- Combine cocoa, peanut butter, and oats in separate bowl.
- Melt butter and boil with sugar and milk for 1 minute.
- Combine and mix ingredients, adding vanilla.
- Spoon onto cookie pans with parchment paper. Let cool.
