Ham Steaks glazed with pineapple juice and other spices and garnished with pineapple rings
Ingredients
- Ham (Steaks): 1 Lbs, 8 Oz
- Pineapple Juice: 2 TBSP
- Pineapple Rings: 15 oz
- Dijon Mustard: 1/2 TSP
- Brown Sugar (Packed): 1/4 Cup
Instructions
- For the Glazed Ham Steaks:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Score the ham steaks with a knife in a crisscross pattern.
- In a small bowl, mix together pineapple juice, Dijon mustard, and brown sugar.
- Brush the glaze mixture over the ham steaks.
- Place the ham steaks on a baking sheet lined with foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the ham is heated through and caramelized.
- Serve the glazed ham steaks topped with the caramelized pineapple rings.
- Top ham steaks with pineapple rings.
