Ingredients
- Chicken Breast: 2 Lbs
- Black Pepper: 1/2 TSP
- Table Salt: 1 TSP
- Honey: 1 Cup
- Low-Sodium Soy Sauce: 1 Cup
- Tomato Ketchup: 1/2 Cup
- Olive Oil: 4 TBSP
- Garlic Cloves (Minced): 2 Each
- Onion (Diced): 1/2 Cup
- Red Pepper Flakes: 1/2 TSP
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with black pepper and salt.
- In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, and tomato ketchup.
- Add minced garlic and chopped onion.
- Add red pepper flakes.
- Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Pour the honey-soy sauce mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until chicken is tender.
- Serve hot with rice or vegetables.
