Ingredients
- Beef Steaks, Sirloin (Chopped): 3 Lbs
- Kosher Salt: 2 TSP
- Olive Oil: 2 TBSP
- Sweet Onion (Sliced): 1 Each
- Garlic Cloves (Minced): 3 Each
- Low Sodium Beef Broth: 1 Cup
- Au Jus Mix: 1 Env
- Unsalted Butter: 4 TBSP
- Parsley (Chopped): 2 TBSP
Instructions
- Season the beef steaks with kosher salt.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the beef steaks on both sides until browned.
- Transfer the beef steaks to a slow cooker.
- Add sliced sweet onion and minced garlic to the slow cooker.
- In a separate bowl, mix together beef broth and au jus mix.
- Pour the broth mixture over the beef steaks in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the beef is tender.
- Once cooked, remove the beef steaks from the slow cooker and shred with a fork.
