All the comfort of traditional lasagna without the fuss - just layer in your crockpot!
Ingredients
- Parmesan Cheese, Grated: 1/2 Cup
- Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded): 2 Cup
- Ground Beef: 1 Lbs
- Garlic Cloves (Minced): 2 Each
- White Onion (Chopped): 1/2 Cup
- Table Salt: 1 TSP
- Black Pepper: 1 TSP
- Oregano: 1 TSP
- Ricotta Cheese: 15 Oz
- Lasagna (Uncooked): 1 Lbs
- Marinara Sauce: 2 Lbs, 1 Oz
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned.
- Add minced garlic and diced onion, cook until softened.
- Season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Stir in marinara sauce, simmer for 10 minutes.
- Spread a layer of meat sauce on the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Top with a layer of uncooked lasagna noodles.
- Spread a layer of ricotta cheese on top of the noodles.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of cheese on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until noodles are tender.
- Let it rest for 15 minutes before serving.
