Single skillet chicken and pasta meal with creamy cheesy sauce
Ingredients
- Farfalle: 12 Oz.
- Chicken Breast (Diced): 2 Each
- Olive Oil: 2 TBSP
- Garlic Powder: 1 TSP
- Paprika: 1 TSP
- Italian Seasoning: 1 TSP
- Black Pepper: 1 Pinch
- Salt: 1 Pinch
- Milk: 2 Cup
- Heavy Cream: 1 Cup
- Cheddar Cheese (Shredded): 1 1/2 Cup
- Parmesan Cheese, Grated: 1/2 Cup
- Parsley (Chopped): 2 TBSP
- Unsalted Butter: 2 TBSP
- Garlic Cloves (Minced): 3 Each
Instructions
- Cook the farfalle according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and salt.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the seasoned chicken breasts until fully cooked. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add milk, heavy cream, cheddar cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
- Slice the cooked chicken breasts into strips and add them back to the skillet with the creamy sauce.
- Add the cooked farfalle to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined.
- Serve the creamy chicken bowtie pasta hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
