From Shiela Lawson - FB - Simple four ingredient custard
Ingredients
- Eggs: 6 Each
- Sugar: 1/2 Cup
- Whole Milk: 4 Cup
- Vanilla Extract (Or any flav): 1 TSP
- Ground Cinnamon (or Nutmeg): 1 Pinch
Instructions
- Beat together eggs, sugar, and milk. Add your extract, whatever flavor you prefer.
- Pour into custard cups, and sprinkle with a touch of cinnamon or nutmeg.
- Place in a shallow pan half filled with hot water.
- Place in moderate (325-250 degree) oven for about 20 minutes.
- Test with a knife to check if firm. Don't overcook.
