Homemade Lo Mein Sauce

Ingredients
- Soy Sauce: 1/4 Cup
- Oyster Sauce: 3 TBSP
- Sesame Oil: 2 TBSP
- Brown Sugar: 1 TBSP
- Water: 1/4 Cup
- Black Pepper: 1/2 TSP
- Cornstarch: 1 TBSP
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in saucepan and heat. Stir often. Heat to desired consistency. This sauce is good for 1 package of noodles (14-16 oz). Cook noodles according to package instructions. Stir fry your vegetables of choice or meat of choice with oil and garlic. No need to add salt. When you're ready, pour the sauce into hot noodles or stir fry and mix well unto fully coated.
