Ingredients
- Yellow Cornmeal: 1/2 Cup
- All-Purpose Flour: 1/2 Cup
- Sugar: 1 TBSP
- Baking Powder: 2 TSP
- Table Salt: 1 TSP
- Large Eggs: 1 Each
- Milk: 1/4 Cup
- Buttermilk: 1/4 Cup
- Neutral Oil: 3 TBSP
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. put a little oil in your 6 inch cast-iron skillet and heat it up on top of the stove, while your oven is preheating and while you’re mixing up your cornbread.
- Mix and pour in heated skillet and pop into preheated oven. Bake until golden brown about 20 to 25 minutes. Enjoy!
