Instructions

• For the vodka pasta sauce:
• Mince the garlic cloves.
• Finely chop the onions.
• In a saucepan, sauté the garlic and onions until fragrant.
• Add the tomato paste and cook for a few minutes.
• Pour in the vodka and let it simmer for a couple of minutes.
• Stir in the reserved pasta water.
• Add the heavy cream and butter, stirring until well combined.
• Mix in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.
• Add some of the drained pasta. Mix well. Keep adding pasta until sauce is covering all pasta well.
