Ingredients
- Unsalted Butter: 3/4 Cup
- Granulated Sugar: 3 Cup
- Evaporated Milk: 2/3 Cup
- Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips: 12 Oz
- Jet Puffed Marshmallow Creme: 7 Oz
- Pecans Chopped: 1/2 Cup
- Table Salt: 1 Pinch
- Vanilla Extract: 1 TSP
Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt the unsalted butter.
- Add granulated sugar and evaporated milk, stirring constantly.
- Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and semi-sweet chocolate chips until melted.
- Fold in Jet Puffed Marshmallow Creme and chopped pecans.
- Pour mixture into a lined baking dish and refrigerate until set.
